Whiteboard

Draw on the other screen to point at what you mean. Both sides see the lines.

Start drawing#

Open Session tools in the toolbar and switch on Whiteboard. What you draw appears on the other device's screen, so both sides see it.

Note

While the whiteboard is on, your pointer draws instead of controlling. Press Done to go back to controlling.

Pens, undo and clear#

Pen colour: red, yellow, green, blue, white or black.
Pen width: thin, medium or thick.
Undo the last line removes the last line you drew.
Clear the whiteboard removes all of them.

Good to know#

Switching to another display clears the drawing.
The drawing goes away when it is cleared or when the session ends.
The person at the other computer can switch the whiteboard off for their computer, and a team's policy can lock it off. The viewer then says that the whiteboard is not available in this session.
A phone that is being helped does not offer the whiteboard.
