Use cases
One remote desktop, used in different ways
The same product serves a helpdesk with a queue of tickets and a daughter helping her father with his printer. These pages describe how RFDesk fits each situation, and which parts of it matter there.
Use cases
What stays the same in every case
Whoever is using it, a supported session works the same way. The person at the computer approves the connection, decides what is shared and can end it at any moment. The device password is proved without being sent, and the session is encrypted between the two devices. The security page explains each step.
If your situation is not listed, the features pages describe each tool on its own, and the help centre shows how to use them.
FAQ
Questions and answers
Is RFDesk for businesses or for personal use?
Both. Each plan states whether commercial use is allowed. See the pricing page for the plans as they are today.
Do I need a team to use RFDesk at work?
No. A team adds a shared address book, policies and rollout tools, and becomes useful once several people help with the same computers.
